Chissy's Old Fashioned is a legend and is known through out the area as one of the best! The reason why? They are still hand muddled in the "Old Fashioned" way. The way it was meant to be. Since 1975 when Darrell & Cindy Ringel purchased the pub, named for it's previous owner Harold E. Chisolm, "Chissy", they've carried on the tradition.

In 1985 Chissy's decided to break the mold on the local pub scene and added a menu of popular sandwiches and dinners to go along with their already legendary beverages. It was a success.

The people at Chissy's are not ones to settle for second best. So in 1990 a larger kitchen was added, a second dining room, and a banquet facility. These were all added with you, the customer, in mind. We hope that you will stop in and enjoy them.

We are also focusing on the future as an opportunity to improve. We only use U.S.D.A. choice beef for our Tenderloin, Rib Eyes and Prime Rib. We have also added a house specialty section to our menu. These sandwiches are all made with the freshest ingredients available, right down to the fresh garlic and parsley in our Country Burger and San Diego Breast of Chicken. We haven't forgotten the little things either, even our lettuce taste better with our own homemade Honey Dijon Dressing.
