You can download the Excel.Net signup package and print the forms out on your own computer’s printer. The signup packet is in the Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf). To view and print this document, you will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

You need to either pick up a signup packet from the Excel.Net office and have it mailed to you, or you can download one to print it out from your own computer’s printer! Once you have the printed signup form, you will need to fill out the top portion of the Information Sheet, and read through and sign the Excel.Net Internet Operating Agreement. These forms can then be mailed with your first month's payment, plus tax, to:

Do you have a fax machine handy? You can take the completed Information Sheet and Operating Agreement and fax it to Excel.Net’s office at this number:

If you fax in the information, you will need to either use a credit card to activate the service, or send a check to Excel.Net at the address above. We will have to wait until payment is received for the first month before we will activate your account. If you do not have a credit card, and you do not want to wait until Excel.Net receives the check in the mail, you can also fill out the Auto-Payment Plan sheet, and include it with the faxed forms. Excel.Net will then withdraw the monthly service charges from your checking account at the beginning of each month!
